I have a Nordic Track Medalist Plus ski exercise machine. On the underside of the machine is a plastic part. It attaches to the electronics. It has BOTH a groove running down the centerline of the part as well as a screwlike groove running around the 2 inch long and 1/2 inch wide part. I cannot connect it to the inside of the electronics component, as the sliding element inside the corresponding electronics housing will not allow me to screw it in. As a result, the machine will not function.
