I just purchased this used,there dog had chewed through the electrical wire to plug into the wall,I spliced it back together,making sure the wires matched up,but will not turn on,and in the back there is a connector for the electrical cord but there is also another outlet it's round it looks like it has 6small pin holes with one large hole,some type of cord goes there,what is this for,trying to see it this is why it won't turn on
