I HAVE A C2000 TREADMILL. THE BELT IS SLIPPING. ...

I HAVE A C2000 TREADMILL. THE BELT IS SLIPPING. I TIGHTENED THE ADJUSTMENT SCREWS ON THE REAR OF THE DECK. IT CANNOT BE TIGHTENED ANY FURTHER. ARE THERE ANY OTHER ADJUSTMENTS I CAN MAKE?
