We have a nortel networks T7316E telephone here at work. I am the new administrative assistant and the last aa we had did not leave on good terms if you know what I mean..however, I now need to change the password to set the voice mail. The problem is we can't get in to change the old voice mail because we don't know the password. Is there a way to reset the password w/o having the old password?
