I use about 20 9115's and have just started using a CTI application which "requests" out going calls from the PBX. When these are made the ring tone / engaged tone is not delivered to the head set of the agent, the only sound is on call answered notification and the customer is connected. Any one know how to get ring tone / engaged tone delivered to headset or is the 9115 making a "conference" call over iBridge and then dropping out of the conference on call answered?
