How do I change download pathway to SD card or lar...

How do I change download pathway to SD card or larger internal storage space For NuVision tm1088. Everything downloads to small amount internal storage. Apps will not install due to no storage space available. Every app that can be moved to SD card has been moved dmwhaples@yahoo.com
