how do I get the rotated pictures to stay rotated?...

how do I get the rotated pictures to stay rotated? I press rotate on the remote and the pic rotates. If I press OK it reverts back to the original direction. If I don't do anything, the pic stays on the screen and does not scroll to next pic????
