Question About Sylvania Handheld TV SRT2313A, SRT2319A
Unable to power TV...

This was just taken out of the box, (purchased quite some time ago,never used)I point remote, and just get a rapid clicking sound, same if power button is hit. Any ideas, or suggestions?
