Bought about 1 year ago, and keep it clean and oiled as per instructions. Recharge almost daily. It's used every day, but almost never runs at full speed. Seems to run at 1/2 or less speed and frequently varies in speed even when not cutting hair (humans only). One person suggested I should let the battery run down completely before recharging and perhaps it never really got fully charged from the start. Any ideas? Can't find the instructions.
