Bought about 1 yr. ago. Charge about every day, clean and oil every day. Use professionally on people. Problem is unit doesn't seem to get to full speed. During use speed varies from slow to maybe medium, whether cutting or not. One person suggested running battery down completely to "zero", and recharging for at least 8-10 hours. Any other suggestions? A manual might be helpful as I misplaced the one that came with it. Also, thanks for the Customer support phone #.
