Need manual...

Just acquired this. Would like to be able to use. It says: CAUTION READ INSTRUCTION BOOK BEFORE USING. Is there a free manual I can download? Or, simply what do I need to do to operate it efficently & safely? Thank you in advance for any assistance. Appreciatively, Mike Valentin
