This is a split system air/heat system. Please advise how to set the control panel for heating

0 MY CONTROLLER HAS SWITCHED TO HEATING AND IS NOT DISPLAYING CURRENT TEMPERATURE . I NEED IT SET TO COOLING ,CAN YOU HELP

0 Press the temp until it says HEAT then hit the on/off button and it will cycle to auto and then COOL. Weirdest this ever - I just posted the manual here BTW
