Question About Air Conditioner ca24001
I cannot get the heat to work...

I have been trying to get the control to change the settings to heating it keeps skipping the heat setting on the control and is only blowing cold air! Please help

1 when you replace the batteries in the remote control, it will reset and flash between cooling only mode or cold/heat mode. press the menu button when it flashes to heat and then you'll be able to use all modes. for further reference, check the embossed text on the back of the remote.
