Question About Battery Charger wm 5212a
lost manual...

green light stays on for 3 to 5 seconds then the light blinks and the needle drops about halfway. then the light and needle return to indicate full charge

0 need values for r7,r10 components charger fell off stand. may have shorted circuit brkr also? thanks b.b.
