My 5hp Honda 4 stroke outboard motor will start wh...

My 5hp Honda 4 stroke outboard motor will start when I prime it and have it fully choked. It runs for a little while and then stops as if it's not getting gas. If I keep my hand on the priming pump and apply a little pressure it will continue running; if I don't apply pressure the motor stops.
