Question About Cell Phone Dolia Q528+

I wish to know the OS of Dolia Q528+ cause I need to reinstall lost applications and configure it for internet. The GPRS always failed and I can't surf. It seem to bug. Please help me.

0 Press central button shortly for keypad light ON/OFF! Press # and call button to see languages codes. To set English: *#0044# and press call button Etc.
