Question About Cordless Telephone DECT 7300a
volume...

hi guys, we are having trouble hearing the callers, they are hearing us fine, but I was wonderng is there a way to turn the volume up...I have checked the handset which only has a control for the ringer volume.....I have also checked to make sure the mute button is not on....please help, as we are about to throw them at the wall...Natalie
