I can not trun off the RH387H recorder. The DVD device can not close. It open and close one to five times and stops open. It does not differ if I have a DVD/CD in or if it is empty. Same problem if I use renote control or buttons on the recorder. I have turn of power but it will not help. The RH387H recoreder operate fine for recording and/or play recorded films/tv-programs. Help!
