5 Close the BlackBox program. Click [Start]. Click [Control Panel]. Click [User Accounts]. Locate something about 'User Account Control'. Click that. Disable User Account Control. Restart. Check BlackBox live feed. I'm also including a link to a forum where Supraboy (a techie) gives answers to Blackbox issues
