Heller Ice Maker, the start button wont work and am trying to find out how to take the cover off so I can clean the points in the start button.

1 Have lost my manual need to know how to pull apart to clean as i have seen some mould build up

1 I purchased a Heller IceMaker for Christmas and have the same problem. The machine beeps when you turn it on, and then the medium button flashes and that is all the machine does. It does not get cold or anything. Have you found your answer yet?

1 My ICEHELL machine does not keep the ice frozen. It is supposed to Store Ice also. Is anyone else experiencing this?
