Bought a heater last year. it worked fine and late last summer, when you push in the pilot knob, the gas would not flow up to the top, so it could be ignited. After much frustration, the dealer replaced. (Dealer in Phoenix, we are in Michigan. Anyway, got the new one about 5 months ago and it worked fine and last weekend, same thing. Two in a row. They keep saying to check the oriface but there is no easy way to get to it, as the nuts are inside a very samll opening and you can't get to it. Because this is the second time and both failures after a short period of time, it there something wrong. Went back to the manufacture and all they say is to go back to the dealer.
