Frequently the base phone (this is the phone that has a traditional base (not cordless) and a cordless one with base as well) has cracks happening in the reception, to the point of missing a word or two in the conversation. All connections seem sound. Is there something I am missing. The second phone is not set up as we already had a second wireless that they were happy with.
