Question About Thermostat ISO-THERM 3000
How to work thermostat...

I recently moved in to a new apartment and my heat is included with the rent. With winter around the corner, I don't know how to raise the heat because I do not know how to use the thermostat. I tried to raise the temperature, but the numbers keep flashing and the heat does not go up, even if I leave it for 24 hours
