this is the first hot day so I haven't used my thermostat for the airconditioning since last summer. the controls are all locked. there is even a lock symbol showing on the face of the thermostat. I have tried the reset button and everything else but nothing. I even took it off the wall and took out the batteries. anyone know what I can do to unlock it????
