Question About Trimmer 60-2270-0
Grass Trimmer...

The line holder is empty and I wish to replace it but I cannot ge the holder/container off the housing. The is an " unlock" sign that points to move counterclockwise but it is frozen. I push the button in and try to move it but it will not. can you assist?
