Question About Trimmer GT115

HOW DO I GET THE HED OFF TO REPLACE THE TRIMMER LINE? IT SAYS TO PRESS TAB AND TWIST, BUT IT ONLY MOVES A LITTLE AND WON'T COME OFF. I HAVE REMOVED THE SCREW/BOLT FROM THE CENTER WITH NO RESULTS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME. THANKS, TED
