Question About Universal Remote sru 3003
can't get my remote to program...

i've tried all the codes given at philips.com and none work. the picture of the sru3003 looks like my remote, but when i google the number i find on a white sticker located by the batteries google say's it's a sru3006. i can't use my tv until i can change it from video 2 dvd player. HELP!
