Question About Universal Remote Flip style univ. remote
Problems with the Universal Flip Remote...

I purchased this product and it only worked one day. Changed batteries but only get a constant red led signal light. It won't turn off or do anything> How do I return it for replacement since I purchased it whike on vacation?
