3 go to pulsar watch home...go to usa..bottom of page it takes a little looking you will bring up a list of all model numbers find the code on back of your watch find on list bring it up the manual is there..I always set mine this way else hold adjust button for 5 seconds when display blinks push size button to navagate then start and reset will change time push adjust when done
