We own a new Culligan water system as of June 2008. We found that the tube that connects to the brine can bring the water in but it cannot pump out. The installer plus his boss cannot figure out why this is not working. So far I have 1/2 of a water softener in operation. Does anyone have an idea of what the Culligan people have not connected. Thank you.
