Audio Problem...

hello, i have Packard Bell 230 sw Lcd Tv. i am having audio problem......very low audio on volume 100.....tell me please what is problem, also having display problem very small GREEN pixels surrounding white image ........and some times my screen gone off after 2-3 hours plz tell me absolution thanks sohaib_irfan@yahoo.com
