Question About Panasonic Camcorder SDR-H60P
camera recognition...

I just got a Panasonic SDR-H60P/PC for a gift. Thrilled...yes but right now I'm frustrated because I can't get the PC to recognize it, so I can use the video cam suite (that has been loaded) to download and edit a video that I've taken. I've restarted the PC and the video camera is telling me to connect the AC connection, which I have and I made sure that the cable is in all the way. Should I try a different cable? Any suggestions?

0 If you have solved this problem can you please share, I have been unable to use the software that came with the video camera well not pull up any viedo software does not find my divice.
