Hello, I tried uploading videos from my Sanasonic SDR-S7 but every time i select "PC CONNECT" (or pic bridge), I am stuck waiting for a very long time to no avail because the computer cannot detect the device. Can you please help me? Is there something wrong with the camera, or the connection wire, or my computer? Thank you for your time and help.
