I select a video file to copy to my PC from the camecorder using the HD writer AE 1.5. Sometimes it allows the file to copy but most times it says: AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE DATA COPYING. It says to put my USB port in the back of my computer as a solution, but my HP computer has these ports only on the sides. I can't figure out how to get all the files to copy onto my PC
