I have a Panasonic SDR-S26 that we have been recording on for several years but have never been able to watch the recorded pictures. I tried to install the Video Cam Suite 2.0 to my computer (1.5 yrs. old) & it will not install because it said it was not compatible. Is the recordings on a hard drive because I took the SD cards to Walgreens and they said there was nothing on it.
