not able to transfer pic's and video's to my windows 7 pc is there and update disk I need to get from Panasonic I called last month and talked to panasonic tech support and was told they were getting a disk window 7 I ordered it would cost $11.00 but have not heard nothing from them since last of June Please help if you know more about this problem I keep getting sent to different departments at Panasonic with no results Larry Mauro
