Question About Panasonic Camcorder AG-DVC30P
'Turn On' wheel is stuck....

The wheel I am supposed to tun in order to turn the camera on is stuck. I'm pushing the little white button, but that doesn't help. No matter what I do, the wheel just won't turn enough for me to put it on VCR mode. Please help me 'unstuck' it. Thanks
