Question About Panasonic CRT Television None
Concentric color circles on screen...

We have a 1999 Panasonic CT-36G24A and today the CRT made a snapping sound and we now have a picture with concentric circles of Red, Green, Purple, Yellow and Blue. Is there a manual or some inexpensive means to repair this?
