Lens does not close when powering off. Tried a brand new battery that was fully charged, lens still does not return when powering off. Upon powering up, camera display has message: "PLEASE TURN CAMERA OFF AND THEN BACK ON AGAIN". Powering down and back up again does not fix the problem. Cannot take pictures.
