I have a Panasonic EP1004 Massage Chair that powers down after about 10-15 seconds. Called Panasonic and they refered me to a local service center. anyone have this issue and was able to diagnose the part that needs replaced. Also looking for the service manual. Operators manual doesn't help. I took the back off the chair and when powered on the wheels and motor turns before it powers down. Any help would be appreciated.
