Hi. I purchased a secondhand VW Golf and it was installed with a Parrot v5.20c system which interfaces with the head unit and steering wheel controls. I have an android phone. The phone "finds" the Parrot but when I hit "connect" I get a message that an incorrect key or password was used but at no time did the phone or head unit indicate that it was requesting a pass key to be entered. Can you offer some advice or let me know where I could locate a user guide or manual?? Thanks in advance. Darcy
