I bought a pelonis oil filled heater ho-0228d and ...

I bought a pelonis oil filled heater ho-0228d and it worked fine for 1 year then it stopped working .ALL the switches are working but it doesn't got hot at all not even worm. Is there any solution for this please ? Thanks
