We purchased a used Phillips 26HF5544 from a hotel...

We purchased a used Phillips 26HF5544 from a hotel. Using the special green remote we still cannot get it changed from hospitality mode to commerical. The screen shows a message that says"TV is now in ITV mode please do a cold start." Help! Thanks.
