4 my pioneer head unit will not even turn on, all the speakers are hooked up, the fuses are all fine, and all the wires are where they need to be, i know its a possibility of just being broken but can anyone give me some hints before i order another one

0 Have recently purchased a truck that has this unit but it did not come with the remote. I can get to the language or menu screen of DVD'S but cant get them to play. Do I need the remote? or is there a button I dont know about. Any info would be appreciated.
