Question About Pioneer Home Theater System SX-SW330
in-line ground isolator for use with surround sound and t.v....

If I am correct in my research - I need an "in-line ground isolator" to get rid of low humming noise, which happens only when I try to use the surround sound with my t.v. I read that the "In-line ground isolator" will interfere with my digital cable broadcasting. Is this true? If so then what should i do?
