Question About Pioneer Stereo System DEH-P860MP

I pressed the eject button to change the cd, it opened but the cd did not eject and the face plate stayed open. When I press the button now it opens a little bit then goes back to a slight angle and stays. Everything works fine but it is hard to read the face due to the angle and I can't change the cd, any ideas?
