took apart and now can get the choke lever reinstalled correctly.

0 If this model is similar to TE475Y, there is a tiny spring and ball bearing that keeps the choke lever tight. If the ball bearing fell out when you removed the choke lever, you'll need to get a replacement. There are three dimples in the plastic of the choke lever - one for full choke, one for half choke and one for no choke. The ball bearing rests in those dimples. The spring may still be inside the small opening, but I bet you lost the ball bearing. Hope this helps anyone still interested.
