Question About Powermate Portable Generator PL0525202.02
PM052502.02 won't start...

Unit has 10 horse Power Chore King Tecumseh engine.What position should chock and throttle be in to start cold engine? Chock has 3-4 clicks and throttle has between turtle and rabbit . Thank you for any help you can provide. Unit worked last winter and fuel is fresh. Spark lug is new also.
