How can I get the adjustable temp oven to work?...

I just installed my Premier P36S338BP range, when testing it all the burners worked perfectly. However, when I tested the oven only the broiler worked I was unable to get the adjustable oven to work in any manner. Have you any suggestions for how I can get the oven to operate?
