Question About Presto unsure
How to use my new pressure cooker...

I purchased this Presto pressure cooker last summer. I cannot find a model # on it (nor can I find the manual!) It is aluminum, hold 7 quart jars and does not have a numbered gauge, only a weighted pet cock (?). I can for my family for the entire year, and don't want to take any chances. Thanks for your help!!!
